Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 September 2026

Sade's marketing site currently does one thing: it collects email addresses for the early access list. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to that address and what we do not do with it.

This is a courtesy translation. The Turkish version is the legally binding text under Turkish law; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

1.

Short Version

We store only your email address. We use no cookies, we do not track you, and we send nothing to advertising networks. We do not sell your address to anyone. You can leave the list at any time with a single email, and your record is deleted.

This page is written in everyday language. The clause-by-clause notice required by law is on the KVKK Privacy Notice page. If the two conflict, the KVKK notice prevails.

2.

What We Collect

Only the email address you type into the form, the date of your registration, and which part of the page you used the form from. That is all.

We do not ask for your name, phone number, age or location. Since the app is not live yet, you have no account, no posts and no profile either.

3.

What We Do Not Collect

  • No cookies. The site writes no cookies to your browser.
  • No analytics. Google Analytics, PostHog and similar measurement tools do not run on this site.
  • No tracking pixels. No invisible counter images are used.
  • No third-party content. Every file, fonts included, comes from our own server; opening the page sends no request to any other company.
  • No social media buttons. We host no like or share widgets.

You can verify this yourself: open the Network tab in your browser’s developer tools and reload the page. Unless you submit the form, you will not see a single request leaving sade.social.

4.

Where Your Address Lives

Our servers are outside Türkiye. Under Turkish law this counts as a "transfer abroad" and it rests on the explicit consent you gave us:

  • Supabase — Database and serverless function hosting. Location: Frankfurt, Germany (EU).
  • Cloudflare — Website hosting and content delivery network. Location: Global server network (US-based provider).
  • Resend — Email delivery. Location: US-based provider.

These companies process the data on our behalf, solely to deliver their service; they may not use it for their own purposes. Direct access to the database is closed — records are written only through the server function the form calls.

5.

When We Will Write to You

Almost never. The plan is a single email: to say "it is out" when Sade launches. If necessary we may write once more (for example if the project is delayed or cancelled), but we do not send a regular newsletter.

Every message we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also leave right now by writing to merhaba@sade.social.

6.

Security

All traffic between the site and the database is encrypted. Public access to the waiting list table is closed; neither a site visitor nor a registered user can read it. Only the server function the form calls has write permission.

Even so, no system is one hundred percent secure. If a breach affects your address, we will notify both you and the Personal Data Protection Board within the period the law requires.

7.

How to Exercise Your Rights

Your rights to learn whether your data is processed, and to have it corrected, erased or objected to, are listed clause by clause in the KVKK notice. To exercise them, simply write to merhaba@sade.social; we respond within thirty days at the latest.

8.

If This Page Changes

The current version always lives here and the date in the header changes. When the app launches, the scope of processing will widen, so a separate privacy policy specific to the app will be published at that point. This page covers only the marketing site and the waiting list.
