Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the sade.social marketing site and the early access list. The Sade app itself is not yet live; a separate agreement will be provided for the app when it launches.

This is a courtesy translation. The Turkish version is the legally binding text under Turkish law; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

Parties and Scope

These terms govern the relationship between «DOLDURULACAK: ticaret unvanı veya ad-soyad» ("we"), which operates the marketing site at sade.social, and the visitor ("you") who uses the site and the early access list offered through it.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, you should not use the site.

What the Site Does Today

Today the site does only two things: it explains what Sade will be, and it collects email addresses so we can tell you when it launches. You cannot create an account, publish content or make a payment through the site.

Joining the list creates no commitment. It gives you no guarantee of early access, priority or free use. The launch date is not fixed; the project may be delayed or may never be released.

Conditions for Joining the List

  • You must be at least 18 years old. If you are younger, you may not join the list.
  • You must give a real email address that belongs to you and that you can access.
  • You may not add someone else’s address to the list without their knowledge.
  • You may not use the form with automated tools, in bulk, or in a way intended to strain the system.

If we identify a registration that breaches these conditions, we may delete the address without notice.

4.

Consent to Commercial Electronic Messages

By submitting the form you consent, under Law No. 6563, to us sending you an informational email when Sade launches. You may withdraw this consent at any time; every message we send contains an unsubscribe link.

5.

Intellectual Property

The text, design and images on the site, and the "sade" name and logo, belong to us. You may view the page and share its link for personal, non-commercial purposes. Beyond that, copying, reproducing, adapting or commercial use requires our written permission.

6.

Continuity of Service and Liability

The site is provided "as is". We do not undertake that it will run uninterrupted or error-free; we may change, suspend or shut it down at any time.

We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. This limitation does not affect liability that cannot be limited by law, nor your rights under consumer legislation.

7.

Personal Data

How your email address is processed is explained on the KVKK Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy pages. Those two documents form an integral part of these terms.

8.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page and the date in the header changes. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

9.

Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes; if you are a consumer, your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court in your own place of residence is reserved.
